Lori George

Lori George currently serves on the Board of Directors of Shake Shack. She chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee.

Lori served on the Board of Pioneer Natural Resources until its acquisition in May 2024. She served on two Pioneer Committees: Compensation and Leadership Development; and Health, Safety and Environment.

Before retiring from The Coca-Cola Company after 20 years of service, she was the Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Her previous roles included leading the Company’s North America community giving and stakeholder engagement function, and several other roles with increasing responsibility within public affairs and communications. She is known for creating and executing strategic initiatives that meet organizational goals, target audience needs and produce results.

She is a Founding Member of Coca-Cola’s Equity Accountability Councils, a National Association of Corporate Director’s Center for Inclusive Governance Advisory Council member and Board Advisory Services Faculty member. Lori serves on the Boards of the NAACP Foundation and Arete Executive Women of Influence.
